This is the moment a security guard is knocked out by a protester at City Hall . In the 15-second clip the security guard is seen trying to block protesters from entering the mayor’s office as a cabbie protest turns violent.1
As the guard approaches the group, he is pushed to the ground by a man who then looks around before walking off out of shot.
The Met Police are looking to speak to the protester, who is described as white, in his 50s and has a partially shaved head.
I am appealing for information to trace the man seen in the footage we have released today.
Someone will recognise him and I am asking them to come forward . The footage shows the level of violence used, which is unacceptable.
