Job Summary:
An international pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator to join their UK Clinical Operations team, based in Hertfordshire, on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
This role provides administrative services in support of Merck Investigator Study Programme (MISP) and Local Clinical Evaluations (LCEs). Responsibilities include: Processing of drug supply requests Processing requests for raw substance Preparing and submitting confidential MSD Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) data directly to the MHRA for initial clinical trial applications and substantial amendments Issuing safety updates Requesting study updates Raising purchase orders in SAP Processing payments for study related activities Maintaining detailed tracking systems Filing and archiving Qualifications:
Education required Educated to A level.
Bachelor s Degree in Life Science preferred or equivalent healthcare qualification Skills/Knowledge required Good communication skills, attention to detail, intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills especially excel, knowledge of SAP financial system preferred Experience: Clinical trial coordination experience Comments/Special Instructions:
Experienced clinical trials administrator preferred but bright graduate considered. Maternity leave cover of 6 months with option to extend.
Starting mid-February to allow for handover.
To apply for this role you will have had previous experience of working as a CTA within a CRO or pharmaceutical company and have had exposure to administrative tasks that accompany clinical trials.
