CCTV: Police appeal for anyone who recognises the man to come forward.
Police probing a violent attack on a reveller outside a popular nightclub have released CCTV of the man they are hunting.
The 21-year-old victim was targeted as he stood in a lane outside The Buff Club in Glasgow City Centre on August 5, this year. Detectives have now released a CCTV image of the suspect following the assault, which happened at around 2.35am on a Saturday in Bath Lane, between Blythswood St and West Campbell St. They have appealed for anyone with information or who recognises the man to come forward.
A statement from Police Scotland said: “He is described as being dark skinned possibly Asian, with dark short styled hair and he has a beard.
He was wearing a light coloured top and trousers and a light coloured cardigan.
“Detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the image to contact Glasgow City Centre CID via 101.
“Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.”
