eneo1 s thermal cameras, part of the Candid product range, will detect people at up to 3,850 metres (PTB-1125F35), day or night. They are the makers say for perimeter protection or for monitoring large expanses, such as solar fields and car parks. They are also the company says for residential applications where detecting people without positively identifying them complies with data protection and privacy requirements.
The thermal cameras come in three sensor options with resolutions of 160 120, 336 256 and 640 512 pixels.
These provide increasing levels of scene detail and detection distance. Lens options of 7.5 mm, 9 mm, 13 mm, 19 mm and 35 mm offer fields of view from 9.3 degrees to 69 degrees. eneo s use of uncooled thermal modules not only delivers thermal sensitivity of 50 MK at 25 degrees C, but also ensures reliable, trouble-free operation for years, it is claimed.

Their operating temperature range is an impressive -35 to 50 degrees C and power options include 24v, 12v and PoE. They have both Ethernet and Composite Video outputs in a choice of H.264 and MJPEG compression standards. USB and RS-422 remote interface connections enable quick and easy installation with web browser or remote software-based set-up.
They are ONVIF Profile S compatible and have a number of configurable privacy options.
